Project Management

Our project implementation is based on comprehensive, quality-assured project management. We serve our customers by exploring potentials and innovative solution strategies with our customers in an open dialogue and delivering bespoke implementations on the basis of modern standards. Many successfully completed projects and our long-term customer relationships are proof of the efficiency of our approach.

The ITS Group delivers services in GIS projects of any scope and level of complexity. The customer with his goals and requirements takes centre stage. Proximity to our customers is our philosophy. The ITS applies proven means of communication, in which the customer is at the centre.

The project manager in the ITS is the customer's main contact and possesses the know-how to process and control the project. Our project managers have a thorough knowledge of the technical system and are degree-qualified in engineering. On this basis together with market knowledge and experience from other projects, the project manager is responsible for recording customer requirements, developing and suggesting solutions and together with other departments for realizing and delivering a quality-assured project within the agreed time.

Customer-Centric Communication

Other contacts for the customer are the support, management and the marketing department. The contact for software problems is our support. The hotline is our quick and direct contact for our customers who can reach us by telephone, mail or fax.

If we are general contractor of a customer, the customer will have a direct contact to company management, who is responsible for questions beyond day-to-day business or to provide assistance in de-escalating situations.
